1. Services Provided

The Company provides one-to-one coaching services focused on leadership, career development, and personal growth. Coaching services may be purchased directly through the Company via off-platform payment methods, including but not limited to PayPal, Venmo, Zelle, ACH, or check.

No payments are processed through this website.

2. Coaching Relationship Disclaimer

Coaching is not therapy, counseling, medical care, mental health treatment, or legal advice.

By engaging in coaching services, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Coaching is a collaborative, educational process

  • The Company does not diagnose, treat, or cure any medical or mental health condition

  • Coaching outcomes are not guaranteed

  • You are solely responsible for your decisions, actions, and results

If you require medical, mental health, legal, or financial advice, you should seek a qualified licensed professional.

3. Client Eligibility and Participation

Coaching services are available to individuals 18 years of age or older only.

The following are strictly prohibited:

  • Participation by parents, partners, spouses, friends, or third parties

  • Observers or silent participants in sessions

  • Recording of sessions without written consent

Coaching sessions are exclusively between the coach and the client.

4. Confidentiality

All coaching sessions are confidential.

If coaching is paid for by an employer, organization, or third party:

  • The employer will not receive access to session content

  • No details of coaching conversations will be shared

  • No reports, summaries, or feedback will be provided without the client’s explicit written consent

Confidentiality may only be broken if required by law, including situations involving imminent harm to self or others.

5. Payments and No Refund Policy

All coaching fees are due in full according to the agreed-upon arrangement (one-time or recurring).

All sales are final. No refunds are offered.

By purchasing coaching services, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy regardless of participation level, results, or personal circumstances.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, frameworks, materials, methodologies, and written content, is the intellectual property of The Rosh Co, LLC.

You may not:

  • Copy, reproduce, distribute, or share materials

  • Use materials for commercial purposes

  • Share proprietary content with others

Unauthorized use may result in termination of services and legal action.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the website or coaching services.

You agree to hold harmless and indemnify the Company from any claims arising out of your participation in coaching services.
